I spent years deploying enterprise data platforms at a leading analytics company, working with large organizations to connect fragmented systems and turn scattered data into decisions people actually trusted.

What I learned there is that the hard part is almost never the technology. It is understanding the business well enough to know which problem is worth solving, and being honest when the answer is that AI is not the right tool.

Synesis Business Solutions is where I do that work independently. I take on enterprise engagements-- Azure architecture, multi-model LLM systems, platform integration, governance frameworks, and I take on small businesses that have never deployed anything like this before. The questions are more similar than you would expect.

I am based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and work with clients wherever they are.
